What the setup includes

Setup is the same job wherever we do it: at the shop, at your home or at your office. The goal is a printer that is assembled, connected, calibrated and printing, so you can start your own projects the same day it is ready.

  • Physical setup and assembly of the printer.
  • Connectivity: help connecting the printer to your network and to Bambu Lab's app and software.
  • Firmware updates for the printer and, if you have one, the AMS.
  • AMS setup, for the AMS, AMS Lite, AMS 2 Pro or AMS HT that came with your printer.
  • Calibration, and a first test print so you see it working before we finish.

Your accounts stay yours

To connect a Bambu Lab printer, the app needs your account. We guide you through it, but we never ask for your passwords: you type them yourself. That keeps your account, your print history and your cloud settings in your hands.

At our shop or at your place

If you can bring the box, setup at our shop at 7086 NW 50th Street costs $129. If you prefer that we come to you, on-site setup costs $179 in Miami-Dade and $199 in Broward, and it is done where the printer is going to work, on your own network.

On-site is a good choice for print farms, classrooms and offices, where the printer has to be connected to a specific network and placed in its final spot. Appointments are confirmed by us after you send the request.

Calibration after a move or a repair

Calibration is not only for new printers. A printer that was moved, shipped, or had parts replaced can lose part of its adjustment. If prints that used to come out well now fail, a diagnostic is the right start: we check what changed, calibrate, and only quote extra work if something is broken.
