Bambu Lab repair by mail is for owners outside Miami-Dade and Broward, or anyone who prefers to ship. You send the printer to our Miami shop by UPS, we diagnose it for $79, and we send you a quote for parts and labor before repairing anything. Shipping is billed separately, and we confirm the shipping instructions with you before a label is issued.

How repair by mail works
The process is the same one we follow at the shop, with UPS in the middle. Nothing is charged on this website: first you tell us what the printer is doing, then we agree on the shipment.
- Send a request with the model, the symptoms and any error code. Photos or a short video on WhatsApp help a lot.
- We confirm the shipping instructions with you before a label is issued.
- When the printer arrives, we run the diagnostic ($79).
- We send you the quote for parts and labor. Nothing else is done until you approve it.
- We repair, test and ship it back. Return shipping is billed separately.
How to pack your printer
Most shipping damage comes from parts that move inside the box. A few minutes of preparation protect the printer and make the diagnosis faster, because we know it arrived as it left.
- Use the original box and foam if you still have them.
- Take out loose filament, spools and accessories that are not part of the problem.
- Secure everything that moves, such as the toolhead and the bed, so it cannot slide during transport.
- Remove any laser module: we do not accept or repair laser modules or laser components.
- Take photos of the printer before you close the box.
Which printers we repair
We service Bambu Lab printers only, every model: the A1 and A1 mini, the P1P, P1S and P2S, the X1 Carbon and X1E, the X2D, the H2D and H2S, and the AMS units, including the AMS Lite, the AMS 2 Pro and the AMS HT.
We work on mechanical, extrusion, motion, sensor, heating, cooling and print-quality problems. If you are not sure what is wrong, the diagnostic is exactly for that.
Independent service, not a warranty claim
We are an independent, paid service and we are not affiliated with Bambu Lab. We do not perform warranty repairs or submit warranty claims. If your printer may still be covered, contact Bambu Lab or the store where you bought it before you ship it to us.
If you live in Miami-Dade or Broward, you may not need to ship at all: you can drop the printer off at our shop or ask for pickup and return.
